Staff all seem pleasant and helpful. But it seems to be getting more confusing with the prices. It used to be a case of the price you see is what you pay. Now unless you're having normal glasses there are add ons hiding. Varying prices for making lenses thin. Different price depending on HOW thin. Coatings. Varifocals included 69 upwards buy 1 get 1 free but extras for which varifocals you get. Then there's the cheaper glasses which can end up more expensive than the expensive glasses because unless they're just a straight lens then everything is an add on. I have no idea if I've been ripped off, if they're up selling all the time or if they really are trying to help with the customers best interests at heart. I know I was confused with all the options and all the \if you have this then you can do that\ etc. Just confused!

Just had my eye test and I've asked them twice to tighten my glasses because they fell off and they didn't even response to my call. Was a rushing appointment. Very dissatisfied with their services and they are also a bit expensive.

Always walk out of here happy knowing the staff really look after you and listen to watch you need

Had an eye test after more than 10 years and decided to come to Specsavers. Staff was welcoming and the optician was knowledgable and took his time to explain everything. Prices are fair and didn’t have to wait long for the appointment or for the glasses I ended up buying. Positive experience overall.
