Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Connswater

I felt like I was a hassle to the girl that was \helping\ me pick frames. She seemed bored, annoyed and uninterested in actually helping me find frames that I liked. She pushed me towards a frame that would suit(my prescription). I've returned twice because my lenses are not right and feel like I have been fobbed off with adjustments closer/further from my eyes. These glasses are unwearable, I've had headaches, dizziness, nausea, yet these adjustments are meant to fix the issue. I've since booked an appointment with a different branch to hopefully resolve the issue. Very disappointed.

Connswater Specsavers. Chose my new glasses and sunglasses today and surprised at myself for what I chose in the end thanks to the wonderful help of Clare who really took her time and helped find different styles to best suit me. Very happy with my experience!

Great experience from start to finish. The staff were so attentive and pleasant and nothing was too much bother. Special mention for Emer for the thorough eye test and David who helped me pick my new glasses which was no easy task.... he deserves a medal

Phoned today to order my daughters contact lenses and Edyta was simply wonderful. Got us a great offer. Always treated so well thank you everyone
