Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Chesterfield

I visited the store today for my routine contact lens and vision check. All the staff where very polite, and explained everything perfectly. However I was waiting over 40 minutes for my test, one staff member came to apologize for my wait, I expressed my concern, that I had been sat with 9 other people in one area , that had 7 chairs with rotation of people that where at a distance, but still in one area In my opinion the flow of customers was not working effectively and this would in turn be putting people at risk of COVID transmission. I would suggest a longer time between appointments.

Good polite & efficient service. I have even had permission to charge the battery on my scooter as I was in danger of not being able to get the bus home.

I have had repeated problems with a pair of glasses I bought from Specsavers @ Norton (St James retail park). I have been back 4 times trying to get the problem sorted. Out of desperation I contacted the Chesterfield branch seeking assistance. I saw a great assistant called Tom can't rate his help high enough. He sorted my problem in about 15 minutes. I have been trying to sort 5his out since November in St James's. Great service thanks Tom

Good service (although a little slow, took 45 minutes for a test including waiting time) friendly staff and good covid considerations. Quick turn around on glasses and good communication before appointment.

Very friendly and help full, daughter's enjoyed trying on glasses even tho they don't need them
