Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bybrook Sainsbury's

Went in early this morning to ask about moving my contact lense prescription down from London. The optician was very short and dismissive (I’m sure what she was saying was right it was the way she said it) and gave the impression that I was too much bother so I told them not to worry I’ll go elsewhere. Shame as they are convenient for home.

Small shop had hearing test customers outside the room looking at glasses made more noise by talking could not hear the test. Staff help full location ok just need to look in to service in shop if carrying on testing hearing

First class service in particular from the assistant Suzy. Very helpful polite kind and empathetic excellent customer service skill would not hesitate to go back and use this particular branch of specsavers. 5stars. Collected my new glasses today and also opted for a contact lens trial both Suzy Sasha was 1st class. Well done girls great customer service skills Sasha very professional and thorough again 1st class service well done.
