There was one particular member of staff who really stood out today. He was the staff member who welcomed us at the door and completed our pre-screen, I think his name was Adam. Smart, professional, confident, helpful and provided exemplary customer care to both my husband and I. I had to leave a review as you don't often encounter this calibre of professionalism. Well done Specsavers!
