Excellent staff, made both my children feel calm. Good Covid procedures as well. Couldn't have asked for better service. And my son no longer needs glasses.

First visit here since moving into Boston recently, for a long-overdue eye test. The staff were friendly and helpful. Coronavirus precautions were very thorough but measures were sensible and still allowed my appointment to go ahead without problems. Looking forward to my return visit to pick up my glasses soon. Highly recommended.
couldn't offer a appointment slot for what only would have taken 5 min. Had to go to Grantham instead as got same day appointment. Boston could only offer to be put on waiting list which would of been a month or more, couldn't advise where else i could get the service i needed. had to research on my own.
staff were nice and i felt very safe given the current circumstances
