Lovely lady examined my eyes. Explained everything in detail to ease my concerns. Thanks

I would like to say how lovely and helpful the staff are at this store. I particularly would like to thank Joanne who provided excellent customer service unlike the staff in the Chester store who made my daughter return home in tears. I have also attended the contact lens dept in Blackpool this week and the lady was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Blackpool and have a lovely Christmas.
Extremely clean and cleaning in between customers, the lovely man that tested my eyes super helpful
Despite all the restrictions the staff have been very helpful. Number of people were limited in the shop and everyone was wearing PPE and making sure all surfaces were cleaned down. I felt very safe.
Hi,i just wanted to express my appreciation to the specsaver team at Blackpool.a couple of weeks ago I suddenly developed a \floater\. I was greeted by a helpful lady on the door. a very charming young person filled in my form and then i went straight upstairs and was seen by a kind very thorough professional optician called Zainab. In this time of covid ,when its sometimes very difficult to see medics etc my experience was amazing.Thank you all. Ps,my 95 year old mum has also always been treated very well with confidence at spec savers .
