I have taken my little boy with asd here now for 3 years. They are always brilliant with him they always take time to explain things to him and take it at his pace. Even with covid-19 and the extra work they have now following extra hygiene precautions between each patient they were still brilliant and still took time to explain everything to him
Thank you to the helpful lady (unfortunately forgot her name) who spent the time to bend and shape my glasses when they were loose - and asked for nothing in return. I didn't even buy them from there; great service.
