I went in a little stressed that my glasses had broken! Joe (assistant manager) said it was no problem at all and immediately fixed them for me and then helped me book an eye test! Very helpful and made it very easy!

Specsavers Bexhill have done really well with covid19 safeguards. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful as ever.
Most unhelpful opticians ever. Turned up for an eye test having forgotten to bring spare contact lenses. Offered me something to put my current ones in but not any solution to keep them hydrated. Seriously you are supposed to be opticians. Have you no idea what condition contact lenses would be in after being left out of solution for 30 minutes. Total waste of a morning off work. Reminds me just how bad this company is
They provide a great service here, also gave their Covid 19 regulations well sussed. Staff really helpful and friendly.
