Made an appointment for an eye test online received a call the day before to go through the covid protocol. Numbers in store are limited with appointment only. All staff were warning PPE and hand sanitiser is available on arrival for customers. Social distancing was observed by staff and customers, system works well. My new glasses will be posted out.Good service well done Specsavers.
Fantastic service. Visited today with my mum who has Alzheimer’s. The patience shown to her through the whole process by the team was first class. She was treated with respect and compassion by everyone who dealt with her. Thank you for making what could be a difficult task for us easy and stress free.
Really great experience. Had a phone call the say before advising of the restrictions in place due to Covid19. When I got to branch I felt safe from start to finish. PPE was worn correctly by everyone. I was also seen in a timely manner.
