Why is it necessary to have an appointment to have nose pads replaced on spectacles? This would NOT involve me coming into the shop? The spectacles could have been \disinfected\ outside, taken in, fixed and brought back to me. I don't see how doing that would mean you would have to close shop! Neither do I see the need to have an appointment for this. I'd be very interested in any response.
Had eye test before Christmas ordered new glass be ready after Christmas had call to say they were ready went in to collect today.went in told to wait outside (bitter cold) brought new glass to me no checking to see if fitted ok, will now have to make an appointment to have them adjusted .Has I said earlier it was cold goodness knows what it will be like if it was raining heavy.I’m75 and do not appreciate having to stand out side.Maybe look for a new optician in the future.

Really unprofessional staff. I had my new pair of glasses made here recently, and upon collection, they did not even want me to try them on, which I insisted and did eventually, and they were not good. New appointment had to be booked, there were some miscommunication. And anyway, a month later here I am, with no proper glasses (I need them for work). I booked an appointment for today, went there, and I was sent away since I booked for eyetest ( no other option, ok my bad). But I was already there, and I was told arrogantly to call them back for appointment. They could not even help me to give me another appointment in person. Scandalous. They just don’t care. Not helpful at all.
