I have always had excellent service at this opticians and the eye testing facilities are second to none. Great range of frames at very reasonable prices for the high street.

Staff are friendly and helpful however they are having to continually apologise for tardiness. Over the past few years our appointments are never on time. I dont know if they book too many people in at once or fail to allow for extra help customers may need. They need to seriously look at their appointment system and make certain changes.
