Superb eye test in less than perfect circumstances but Vince was a delight. Informative and very professional. Choosing new frames was again a different experience but Chloe was patient with a the wiping down that needs doing . Many thanks .

I wasn't looking forward to my appointment. I thought it would be quite stressful with all the covid measures. I couldn't have been more wrong. The staff made the whole thing a relaxed & comfortable experience in difficult circumstances. Hat's off to them!

Amazing service, a problem was found and their haste to address the issue was 2nd to none
Visited Sudbury branch at Specsavers it was around 4.45pm so popped into store said to the lovely young lady who was most polite and understanding said could you tighten my glasses the end bits what fit behind the ears and the nose studs said no problem take a seat for a few minutes I won't keep you long sir said no problem could not have wished for better kindness but this was outstanding more than 100 percent service .
