My daughters glasses broke yesterday and we called at the shop this morning and although they had no appointments available the lovely lady (Alishia) replaced the frame there and then. So 20 mins later hey presto my daughter could see again - now that's what I call an excellent service thankyou!

Appoinment only, had my eyesight check. With my discount 69 I bought 2 pairs of glasses for 49 for reading and every day wears. Instead of 1 pair of duel glasses for reading and tv . With my 69 discount voucher offers, I would of be paying alot more than 49. Downfull for me is I have to keep swapping glasses , but it's my own preferences to have 2 beautiful pairs of glasses to put on.

Only ever have praise for all the staff in this store. Ever so helpful and clear when explaining everything and very knowledgable. Always happy and smiling. Wouldn't go anywhere else for mine and my families glasses.
