Staff all very friendly and helpful. Took my son here to choose glasses then go back to have them fitted. Staff clean after each customer, everyone sanitises their hands once entering and everyone wears a mask. Feels very covid safe. Staff helpful when choosing glasses and then fitting them.

My son and I Recently had our eyes tested here. I am so happy with the service we received.. Joseph and the Asian options were both amazing and Claire was so helpful with regards to choosing frames and fitting them for us. They really made our experience lovely I would highly recommend the hailsham store. Thank you
Just had my eyes tested plus a scan. Absolutely brilliant assistant. Wish I had asked her name. So helpful and honest with opinion on how glasses looked. Bought 2 for 1 designer glasses that I wouldnt have thought suited me . They are fab glasses. Post direct to customer now too. Excellent service
