Nice, bright and clean shop, staff are very pleasant but are always busy, been in a few times and always seems to be customers waiting to be seen. Ive taken a star away for the length of time waited between ordering glasses and delivery to the store was 12 days, not the shops fault i know but they should be chasing up the lab not telling the customer that the lab is slow. I would still recommend them tho the optician was very helpful and attentive.

Very efficient in their job and always very friendly
I looked online and it said their was an appointment for 3:20 as I sat outside. When I went into the store at 3:15, the staff said they had no free appointments. I said it says on the internet their is and they replied don't know it must be held or something. The store was completely empty and no one was doing anything. You need to get your faulty booking system fixed or else get some workers.
Very disappointing experience. Ordered varifocals. When they came in the heights were wrong. They were reordered but came back wrong again. I decided to go elsewhere instead. When new optician phoned to get prescription from Cookstown they were told that they had changed the lenses 3 times for me which was incorrect.
Very detailed and thorough eye examination. Has a large range of frames for all pockets that are extremely well priced.
