Replying to an invitation to book an appointment with Specsavers I tried to send this message but it bounced back undelivered. I bought two pairs of glasses from Specsavers, one pair was so badly designed that the hinge, joining the arm to the frame, trapped and ripped out my hair every time I wore them. There was nothing I could do stop this happening and it was so bad that I could not wear them and had to resort to wearing only the second (backup) pair. I feel extremely disappointed by my experience.
Well organised for covid, lots of sanitiser etc.
No place to sit down and wait but nice staff and a large range of glasses
Of all the Specsavers I've been too, this is the nicest. The staff, although few in number, are very competent and reassuring. The store itself is small and as such it's choices of frames are limited, but if you check online you can get any frames you want, ordered to the store.
