Glass broke just need a screw put in then can not see with out them self isolating has very ill told me had to wait till the 18 April witch is 11days if have a fall will be seeing a solicitor

Rugby branch dispensed glasses for my son , returned 7 times for refitting.Then told I got a free pair don't expect to get them free all the time. Spoke to Gemma the manager who said it is better for you to look for somewhere else to go to as you will not be happy. Clearly not customer focused
