Fantastic experience Gorge Walking. Kids 11 and 13 years loved it. Great guide, professional and made it fun. Wetsuit worked fine, not as cold as I expected even though September.

I just want to thank Andy and his team for the amazing experience. Ignore any bad reviews you see on here. These lads are firm but fair and will help you out anywhere anytime as long as you stick to there rules which are clearly stated on the paperwork you sign and on there website. We got into abit of trouble on our 5 day adventure from fort William to Inverness and Andy and his team were there on hand to the rescue. As long as you listen to these guys and stick to the plan then your in for a hell of an experience. The equipment we hired off them is well looked after and has no faults (looks like new). I cant fault there service or people skills at all. we basically destroyed one of there canoes and Andy and his team were more bothered about us being ok than with the equipment which a massive plus for me and something you don't see with a lot of companies. Obviously we had to pay for the damages because we decided to go off route which is a massive NO NO and this breached there terms and conditions. Learn from our mistakes and stick to the canals. I'll highly recommend these guys to all my friends and family and will most defiantly be using these guys again in the future for other water sports and some skiing. Again thanks guys and i cant wait for our next adventure with you. Kind regards, Jake Winstanley

Our guide Jamie was an absolute legend and just want to thank him for all the fun we had during this trip. Great banter and super chill! We had booked a half day kayak at Loch Oich on 15th August 2020- and we were blessed with amazing weather. Faced with a group of beginners, Jamie naturally made us all feel confident and took care in ensuring the pace was manageble for all and at the same time shared lots of local info along the way. When my friend capsized he was quick to provide support and reassurance - so definitely in safe hands throughout. There was even time at the end to jump in the water and have a wee swim after off loading the kayaks- which was super refreshing after a long hot paddle. It also meant I could get some photos of our time spent here as we were given plenty of warning not to bring our phones/cameras on the Kayak trip itself. We booked super last minute (booking process very easy and straightforward) so feel very lucky to have not missed out on this kayaking trip as it really was the highlight of our trip. THANKS JAMIE!!!!

Crazy experience to say at the least. We hired 3 canoes for 4 days to canoe from Fort William to Inverness. We were greeted by Conor who unloaded us and cleared up any questions we had. 3 days into the trip we decided to go down a rapids route (2 of us had done Lv3 white water previously) but due to the boat weight etc and a slight loss of control we rapped around a tree, nightmare! The guys came down that night rescued the canoe which wasn't fixable shown complete empathy towards us and delivered us a new canoe in the morning due to paying 600 as the canoe wasn't repairable. I think an official list of equipment prices would be good incase of future problems etc and we didn't really want to dispute as we were eager to conquer loch Ness (hopefully holiday insurance helps). Other than that, great trip great service and the guys were completely on hand all throughout our trip. No doubt we'll come again maybe for some winter activities!

Amazing day out canoeing- what a beautiful way to see the stunning scenery of the Highlands! After an initial mix up with bookings that the Active Highs staff were quick to resolve, our canoeing session was rescheduled to a gorgeous day (much better than the rainy day we had picked) which went off seamlessly. Our guide Fraser was fantastic, making sure everyone in the group that day was looked after and put any nerves in our party at ease. He was very knowledgeable about both the areas through which we travelled and the activities themselves. Couldn't recommend the trip more, and thank you Fraser for a great day out :)
