If you’re like me and super picky when it comes to your hair, you will be 100% safe in Paula’s magic hands ️ this was my first time getting extensions so I did A LOT of research before choosing Speak Volumes and had 101 questions, but Paula has been so patient and helpful. She totally transformed my blunt shoulder-length hair after a bad cut elsewhere and I feel like myself again. Paula hand blended the hair in front of me to match my shade and is a complete perfectionist with her skill. No rushing or shortcuts. The aftercare I’ve received has been so good.

Paula is just wonderful! I had my hair extended for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair looks and feels amazing, thick but not too heavy. I had keratin extensions done somewhere else many years ago and remember it being quite painful. But this time I can't feel any pain at all! Thank you so much Paula for making my hair look amazing for my special day! Xx

AMAZING! Where do I start... not only is Paula a lovely person but she is a master of hair! I unfortunately had a bad experience with my hair extensions at a well known salon in London.. The first photo I have uploaded shows the state they left my hair in when I had left the salon.. the next two photo's show the real damage they had done. They had left SO many impossible knots in my own hair and in the tape ins... whilst also using way too much product that managed to disintegrate the hair extensions from being 20 inches to.. well... my own hair length! which is just passing my shoulders, which you can see in the third photo. I was left in tears about my hair so I desperately called Paula at 9:30pm and she was so calming and lovely, we booked me straight in for 10am the following day and already I was feeling a sigh of relief. We chatted for the whole 4 hours that I was there and you can immediately tell how passionate Paula is about hair (and helping others!). She totally calmed me down and completely rescued my hair!! Check out the last photo for the outcome. Despite my whole scalp being covered in knots, it wasn't a challenge for Paula as she made the whole process enjoyable and pain free! We also done an Olaplex treatment on my hair to give it that extra bit of care. I had arrived feeling distraught about my hair and left feeling absolutely fabulous!! Paula is the BEST in the business and I can't wait to get my hair extensions done by her in a couple of weeks time! I have recommended her to all of my friends! Amazing service! Paula is heaven sent!! She did an absolutely amazing job and really took the time to understand my case and what I would need. My hair turned out then I could have ever expected, Overall perfect outcome!!
