Brother in laws porterhouse steak, was missing a large portion. Manager accused us of stating they put their hands on the plate. Which is not what we said, we said that this shouldn't have even left the kitchen to be served. Out of 8 of us at the table 4 of our steaks were incorrectly cooked. 4 of the baked potatoes were served cold, one of us was served 2 cold baked potatoes. The manager was unapologetic and argued with one of us at the table and then never showed his face again. All he had to do was apologize and correct the mistake. Our server was very sweet and we tipped well, she was the only person of Outback that gave us an amazing experience. Thank you for your service.

Usually a huge Outback fan! My favorite spot for almost 20 years. They have lost my business. 3 times in a row orders are wrong, cold, or different without you knowing. My experience today, instead of informing me they were out of the Aussie fries, I get store bought crinkle cut fries. I wanted Outback’s signature cheese fries, not frozen crinkle fries. Will not be going back anytime soon.
I came here around three with my significant other and it great. We were seated in ten minutes and our waitress Aniya was amazing. I did have to ask for silverware, but to be fair we are in a pandemic and those can’t just be left on the tables like we are used to. We got our appetizer really quick, but our steaks took a little longer, but with the way they were seasoned and cooked exactly the way we asked it was worth the wait. The busboy was quick about cleaning tables. Not even after five minutes of someone leaving the table he was there and cleaning it and spraying it enthusiastically with cleaner. I feel like I was safe eating here and would definitely come back.
Done with this Outback. My last three orders were done incorrectly. For tonight’s order they sent us a blooming onion that had never been peeled before cooked. It was like finding plastic everywhere in your food. They forgot to send two of my sides for the third time. My daughter was supposed to get a steak that was medium cooked and it was solid red throughout. The list could go on but I think this makes my point. There are at least 5 other restaurants that are worth selecting before this one since they can’t get it together.
Our first visit inside since the virus shut everything down. We order the ribeye and sirloin. Salads were very good, the bread, what can you say but soft and tasty. Our steaks were cooked well and the staff was really nice and we watched them clean after people would leave. Folks they are practicing what they preach. I felt safe and welcomed. The manager stopped by and ask about our service and meal. That was something of the past that I was glad to see. We will be back, thanks Outback!!
