Old school bodybuilding gym with a warm atmosphere
This is the best gym I have ever been to, also the best personal trainer I have ever had, thanks to Steve brookes, he is so well educated on the fitness and nutrition industry, he knows exactly what to do when you go to him for help, he will help anyone that needs it, best gym in Barnsley, great equipment great PT great atmosphere. More people need to come to this gym.
Wide range of facilities along with fantastic guidance and welcoming members. It’s been well over 20 years since I last trained in a gym and can’t thank Steve enough for his time over the past few weeks going over the basics and tailoring my training to support my martial arts.
Very good gym and has lots to do with different verities of gym equipment.
