Management were rude and unhelpful. Offers collect services but only if you take parcels they want to accept. Claimed the delivery man wouldn't take them then offered 10 minutes later to 'male sure' he takes them. When I questioned him why it was suddenly possible to make someone take them when he couldn't 10 minutes prior he decided it appropriate to shout and me and point in my face. Left upset and embarrassed.
