After a very traumatic and complex break to my wrist just before lockdown 1.0 resulting in a plate and screws I was recommend Total Health by a friend. I have been seeing David in Spalding for about 9 months and it’s been worth every penny. He’s helped with not only getting some movement back in my wrist but he’s also reassured me about my injury. Although I’m in need of further ops he’s progressed me more than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially David. I will be forever grateful

Impressed the knowledge and proffesionalism of Total Health care. It's clear that they will soon have me on the road to recovery and get back to my couch to 5k. My achilles have hurt for more years than I care remember but now it feels like I'm finally on the to recovery. Additionally they've set me a realistic strengthening program to supplement the work we are doing in the clinic. I'm looking forward to the results.

Highly recommend. Fabulous staff and service. Incredibly approachable, informative and caring. Everything is explained to you so clearly that you understand, not only where/what is causing your pain, but how, and the knock on effect, and explained in words (and video) that don't require a medical dictionary/degree to understand. They have made me actually feel listened to about my pain, and that I'm finally on track to getting better. They're absolutely amazing.
