The staff are so polite and friendly. We had a small issue with a purchase which wasn't their fault, it was just one of those things. Matt dealt with the issue very swiftly. He was a great help and is a fantastic asset to Tonwoods and so is the lady who dealt with us the previous week, I didn't catch her name(sorry) but the lady remembered our faces from the previous week. That's what I call customer service when they remember you and what they sold you. Tonwoods is a asset to Holbeach. I shall always use them. I just wish there was a higher rating than 5 because they deserve it giving the current situation with the pandemic

Fabulous service from this local company during these difficult times. Great website to see what is available and then helpful staff to place the order with over the phone before receiving free delivery. Would certainly recommend and use again in future. Prices are often lower than major stores so always worth comparing.

Always helpful. Friendly and there is always some around to give advice if needed. I bought my washing machine from them, they delivered even though I lived close by and installed and took my old one away. And they are always smiling ️
