Came round because I was having trouble with my multi fuel stove, he said he couldn't get a nut off as welded on from heat and baffle plate was warped he suggested a replacement stove to which I agreed with and after getting back off holiday, I found exact same model on line asked for a quote to replace stove , was told I would get an email that night, I emailed 2 days later no reply I can only think that he doesn't want the job, anyway I managed to strip down the stove myself (20mins work) WD 40 nut removed the baffle plate did need replacing ordered on line 25 cleaned stove pipe , chimney swept so not replying saved me money.
Chimney swept this morning by Neil Wade, on time quick efficient no mess,would highly recommend this company Irene Flett.
