We had 2 Dyson hoovers sitting in a cupboard, neither worked properly but when I took them along to BB Dyson I received really good advice. A simple cheap repair on one restored it to full use again and the other one was beyond economic repair but I could have bought an identical refurbished model very reasonably. I was treated well, given full and detailed advice and left satisfied, what more can anyone ask!
