This office and the team are great. This issue is Regus, they are a terrible company to deal with , NEVER EVER USE THEM. I HAVE SPOKEN AND EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM AND GOT NO WHERE

Just spent a few days trying out the space; I wanted to see if it made me more productive than my usual habit of working in a tracksuit at home. Actually, I think it did. I like the variety of seating, whether you want a booth, or work standing at a big table near the reception, or hide away in the corner. The cafe was handy, though there is no microwave so I suppose that is a deliberate decision to discourage you from bringing your own lunch. Staff are lovely and welcoming, and the cafe fellas too, especially Fabio - thanks for the free slice of cake and the coffee! The only thing I disliked was that the music can be a bit loud when you're trying to concentrate, and even with headphones in, it's hard to block out. Otherwise, I enjoyed working here and the convenience of a city-centre location is a big plus.
Great spaces for work
I work in the building. It's great place to be. Clean, friendly staff, events on. Definitely worth considering for office space.
Very stylish set up close to Birmingham New Street. Receptionists were friendly, and extremely helpful. Assisted our team in setting up our meeting using the presentation equipment that was available. As an added bonus, gave advice on what women say and what they mean. After nearly 40 years of marriage, I realised how ignorant I have been! Thank you. It was fun.
