I highly recommend visiting Space To Move as it's a wonderful space, with brand new equipment, offering lots of exciting classes. I completed the 6 week yoga course for beginners with Jules and enjoyed it so much. I now feel confident in participating in any of the yoga classes on offer.

I have been going to Jules to practise yoga for many years, long before space to move opened. I cannot recommend Jules highly enough, she is a professional, safe, very experienced yoga teacher, who prepares a different yoga routine weekly. The music, ambience, standard of studio is beautiful, making it a fabulous space to move! Every attention to detail is taken into consideration, such as the quality of the mats, hygiene & the fragrance in the space. As a dedicated yogi who has practised for 16yrs I am incredibly grateful to have Jules as a yoga teacher & the studio in Plymouth. Jules offers far more than movement during her yoga practise, the real essence of what true yoga reflects, both physically & spiritually. Sheena May
