Walking around Spa Fields park, I often forget that buried way beneath the green slopes are thousands of bodies, probably smiling at their beautiful resting place. It's a cute detour to use if walking to the nearby Exmouth Market restaurants, and there is an eccentric array of undulating grassy patches and flower beds. And you can communicate with the smiling souls of the dead, if you wish.

Very cool park, playground for kids, exercise equipment, ball court, green spaces, the works. Great location in the city!
I often take the child to this playground, well attended, clean ... except that it often happens to find pieces of iron / metal such as bars / sticks that children often find and take and this then becomes dangerous. I advise the staff to pay more attention, in addition to the usual garbage, even to these objects sometimes scattered around the gardens
Loved this little hidden gem. The park is divided into two - a playground for the little ones, and over the road grass and trees for the grownups. Real chilled vibes with locals coming for a picnic and fresh air. Pure joy!
Spa Fields is such a beautiful place. Open dawn to dusk. There are flower beds maintained by Islington council staff and raised beds same by locals. Lawns and picnic tables and benches. There is a drinking water fountain also water pump. The latter used by traders with food stalls nearby on Exmouth Market. Also by wild birds who love the park as much as you and I.
