Leroy Merlin Soyaux - Angoulême

Got overcharged by 150 euros at the till. Did get it back but took ages to get sorted. They did eventually appologize which is rare for French customer service. It pays to check every receipt.

Ordered 700 worth online wanting it all delivered to my home at a cost of 144 which was OK since it is heavy items and a long way to the store. At point where I fed in address etc I found that they would only deliver part of the order the rest (32m2 of heavy floorboards) had to be collected at the store. No reason why. Cancelled whole order. UPDATE: They have obviously been listening and got their act together. A further (non urgent) order made and it arrived at the door within 3 days! Have used them again since then because of lockdown with the same excellent result. Well done Leyroy Merlin France, keep up the good work.

Very useful, large store. Do not rely on delivery, you'll be waiting and waiting. As a pro trade this is no good. If it ain't in stock and you need it go elsewhere
