Amazing food, great experience. The restaurant was so cute. I love the turn of the century, steampunk vibe of the place. We did the Valentine's Day dinner.

Was there for brunch. Sovereign is clean! No worries there and social distanced tables. Staff friendly and always masked. Smaller brunch menu vs their regular menu so be aware. Great champagne cocktails and a very good beer list. Food was awesome and they baked fresh cinnamon rolls for brunch, don't miss them. A very good time.
Best place by far! Ever since they reopened across the street from their old building they have become even better! The atmosphere is warming and inviting. Love the dimming of the lights around dinner time very relaxing. Nice outdoor patio for summer drinks and a late lunch/early dinner. Death Clucker sandwich amazzzinggg and if you haven’t tried the Brussels sprouts with chili sauce you are in for a treat.. (Drooooool) so good!
If you like farm to table this place is up your alley. Beer selection always a plus for the craft enthusiast . Food is phenomenal never have I had a bad meal there. Rotating menu so there is a lot of variety.
My fiance and I went here to celebrate my birthday. We both loved the look of the restaurant and decided we would come back solely to sit on the couches around the fireplace and have a drink sometime. The drinks were phenomenal. I tried The Violet Beauregard and Maude and my fiance had Plastic Flowers and Lilac Queen. We loved every single one and the presentation was great. For food we ordered the pork belly tacos to start. We both agreed that they were the best tacos we'd ever had and we wished we knew how to make these at home. For entrees, I got the salmon with roasted asparagus and risotto and my fiance got the New York strip with mashed potatoes. His steak was cooked perfectly and potatoes were really well done as well. The salmon was great, though the sauce was maybe a little too peppery for my taste, and it paired really well with the asparagus and risotto. We had read some other reviews that made us skeptical about eating at Sovereign, but we really enjoyed our experience and left feeling full and happy. We would definitely return for just the cocktails alone as well as the food.
