I started going to Barbizon when I was in high school. Growing up I was a very shy kid. I refused to do sports or interact with other kids. When I was 16 my Mom got a call from Barbizon informing her about an audition. I begged her to go so she took me. Despite being a very shy kid I always always wanted to get into the acting and modeling world. From the get go I loved this program. My very first instructor I had was Ms. Carla Calderon. She taught us everything we needed to know. (Modeling, makeup, acting, runway, etc). I never missed a class. This program definitely gave me the confidence I needed and helped me a lot and gave me something to look forward to. I actually tried out for my cheer team in high school because it gave me so much confidence. (When I was 16 I was also bullied a lot too). Barbizon is definitely not a scam! It is well worth the money. I look forward to being able to get signed back on with SWMT in March of this year. I've already called and talked to them about it. After attending IMTA (International Modeling and Talent Association) I had to take a break due to various reasons. But I can't wait to get back in! Any Mom's or girls wondering if it is worth it stop wondering because I guarantee you 100 percent it is. I will also be putting my daughter's in this program when they get older. Everything about Barbizon is great and I wouldn't be able to continue pursing my acting dream of it wasn't for them.

SWMT has been a great experience so far. I’ve only done 2 classes and it was been amazing! I love my teachers and they are sooo nice! I’ve been learning so much! I’m really excited to learn more!
