Very friendly and efficient staff, the only downside is that it is a VERY expensive, however members of the emergency services do get 20% off standard crossings (Not excursions) through the use of blue light card so thats a saving grace.
A trip on the Hovercraft to the Isle of Wight is a real treat! As well as being the most unique form of transport, it's also quick and direct, taking you right into Ryde on the Island. Highly recommended for commuters and tourists alike!
