Have been on 2 occasions recently and a very brusque and rude man on the door. Asked what I was going in for and directed me to wrong aisle and had to look for goods myself. He definitely needs some customer service training !!!!!

after several hours of trying to track down a \kitchen devil\ knife ,one call to the Southsea shop and my problem was solved by a polite and helpful lady who then put one aside for me to collect later

Very bad experience Saturday pm.My wife of 53 years anI I were told we could not go in together to discourage browsing, so I went in alone and selected a clock as I was paying for it my was refused entry she wanted to buy some filters as we had arrived together.The same person let a young couple in who wanted to look at the toasters , when I asked for an explanation she told us that was different.I returned the the clock and wont bother again
