Very easy to book online to start with then on the day i turned up 10mins before the time slot, they said it would be about 1 1/2 hours,came back about an hour later and all done, brilliant service from everyone involved, cheers Guys highly recomend
Excellent service with a friendly approach!! Being part of the health service it was vital to keep our fleet of 48 vans in a safe condition during these difficult times. The Portsmouth branch ensured sufficient tyres were available and were able to fit us in at the drop of a hat!!
Richard and Cameron got in early so that I could have my tyres fitted and be on my way. Richard was fantastic in helping me deal with an understaffed call centre and sorting out my order and booking. Fantastic customer service, always calling back when he said he would. Cameron fitted and checked the tracking on my car with a very professional approach, double checking everything. 5 stars for both of them and they deserve credit from their bosses for going well above and beyond. Highly recommend
All of the tyres has been changed and interim service has been done,wheel aligment done of my Civic for just 2 hours. I would recommend them.
