Andy and his team provided a really excellent service. I had a problem with two disk drives, along with their primary backup, which left them unreadable. Southsea Inks were able to remount each of the drives and transfer all my data to a new disk for a very reasonable fee. As there was quite a lot of data the transfer took a day or two, but Andy kept in touch to let me know how it was all going and when the disk was ready for collection. Really good customer service and Southsea Inks saved the day ; I cannot thank them enough.

Here is a business driven by pure passion, always warmly welcomed by Andy and his colleagues. When presented with a problem, Andy goes above and beyond and will see that if he cannot help for any reason, he'll know the perfect person for it and gladly refer you on. Here, you will never get ripped off, in fact, sometimes I feel I've robbed them. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else for repairs and ink cartridge refills or even purchasing a new laptop or printer which I did just recently. I'm not usually one to leave reviews but I felt I must after after my recent purchases, finally a place that can provide a great service with no pressure. Andy will bend over backwards.
