Just had a hire bike delivered this morning from delivery driver Dave Morris, he was professional and very courteous and managed to get to my work site with no complications and delivered the bike right at the gate for me to sign for and collect, great service and a really nice guy aswel so thanks again Dave and enjoy the drive back home pal

A very positive experience. An elderly lady in an automatic car reversed at speed into my Yamaha. The insurance company arranged a hire bike, a Honda Nc750x, to be delivered so my wife and I could participate in the Plymouth Santa's on a bike charity ride to St Austell. We are in charge of collecting at Saltash. The bike was efficiently delivered on time and was great to ride on the day. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars, is because although the bike was due to be collected the following Monday, it took a lot of phone calls to get it collected, 3 days later. The insurance company blamed plantech and vice versa. Otherwise very smooth and a pleasure to deal with. Plantech saved the day for the children at Little Harbour childrens hospice South West St Austell.
