Visited with my wife, son & daughter for the (my) first time today! Outside parking was very beneficial. But the best bit was the full view you have of your kids while there. Unlike most kids indoor play centres in the local area, you have full visibility of your kids all the time! Very well laid out, planned and staffed. The lady today was lovely & served a great latte! Yes people in previous reviews have moaned about the same lady. But, she has a home to go to too, not until cleaning up after all of our kids, so cut her some slack! Will be returning very soon!

Walked in at 3:31pm not knowing what time it closed and was given a look that could kill followed by a sour \It's 3.50 per child you know\. Was a dark haired lady in her late 50's. Will not waste my time going again.

First time being here with my 2 daughters. And must say it's a great place to take them. You can't sit down have a coffee and watch them play. But the lady who was maybe in her 40s does need people skills. Very bad mannered.but the younger girl lovely. Was happy to help. Also group of woman took there children and was not paying attention and started hit my 1 year old daughter in the head poor thing didn't understand why. Think the staff need to keep a look out abit more rather sitting down on there phones.

I love coming this place with my kids, such a nice atmosphere! There’s loads of toys for them to play with while I sit and have some lunch. Would recommended to anyone with young kids

My partner visited this place this afternoon and she was greeted with hostility and rudeness from the beginning of her visit. The member of staff who dealt with my partner pestered and hassled her throughout her visit as if my partner being there with her pram was an inconvenience. The member of staff who served my partner for her coffee was pleasant and helpful but the member of staff who was in her 40’s-50’s really needs to work on her people/social skills. Politeness and manners cost nothing but bad reviews can cost a company customers. If someone experiences good customer service, they will tell one person but if someone experiences bad customer service they will tell 10. My partner will not be visiting this establishment ever again. Truly disappointing.
