We purchased our lovely Mercedes just over a week ago and I have to say that the experience of dealing with Mercedes Southport was second to none, in particular David, who has (and continues to be) extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble and helped enormously with changing over the private plate. We are so impressed with how smoothly the purchase went, given the COVID situation. Thank you, fabulous dealership and would highly recommend to anyone.

The best service I've had for years. I own many cars across 7 different brands and all dealerships have let me down with terrible service over the last year. Mercedes Southport provided a service we all dream of, genuinely blown away. A credit to the staff and management for actually caring and doing the job as it should be done. Feel like a valued customer for the first time in year, Range Rover dealers take note!!

This was my first service with Mercedes having only bought the car last year. I can honestly say it was the most amazing and smooth experience. Everything was explained to me, I particularly enjoy the video which was sent across. It makes you feel valued as a customer whilst having a personalised experience. The car being valeted was a added bonus! And they did a great job! A massive shout out to Brian the service manager who really went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate it!

Just bought a Mercedes Benz car from the Southport branch on 05/01/2021. The car was all ready for me to pick up when I arrived, no hassles. The customer service i received was second to none. Very professional and friendly, no job was too big or too small even through these difficult times and festive period. Allen Jones, Ian and Mark kept me up to speed at every opportunity, even through my eagerness to get down and pick the car up. Everything went so smooth dealing with the Southport team. Allen has even offered additional customer service, if i need any help to give him a call, to help me enjoy my driving experience, me being new to Mercedes Benz. I would highly recommend the Southport branch and would/will be buying a car from them again. Thank you very much guys, top team!

From every phone call to reception to each visit 100% efficient from everyone. Well what can i say but amazing, David Rubin was our sales guy. This was my daughters 1st New car and David certainly did not disappoint her experience. His manner towards her was second to none, she certainly did feel very special on collection of her new A class. Its the little things that count. Only two days in and she's already bought into the Mercedes brand, you have a life long customer now. See you in a few years for the next one.
