Very nice homes, just think if I can spot the snags after I move in, they should be spotted and dealt with before completion date. Would recommend this builder though, as they are very customer focused, but don’t expect those snags to be sorted overnight. Lovely development, in a nice part of Southport, close to town, close to shops, close to the countryside. Happy to be living in a David Wilson home. Having only been in the house a couple of months will review again after the winter months.
Beautiful properties in a lovely peaceful location. Wish I could afford one.
