Wonderful staff and I cannot praise them enough. When 10 other dentist refused to offer help they stepped up and saw my partner and did emergency tooth extraction on a extremely nervous patient. Wounderful service and reassuring during this high covid time. Thanks again guys stay safe

Always try to find a slot for you in an emergency. Was gutted when Sherif left as i felt so calm and safe with him. Visited for a mandible extraction and got Joanne. She is just wonderful. Nice surgery, friendly reception staff and VERY hygenic
Fantastic dentistry wonderfull results and fine work by Joanne Jackson.....reception and comunication very rude along with abruptive and unecessary information.regarding payment.upstarts and badly trained STAFF.
The staff at the practice are amazing. I went for treatment today and the staff all work so hard. The dentist that I saw today was amazing and with all my fears of dentists they were so accommodating. Marcel on reception is great, always friendly on the phone and always has a smile on his face when you walk in the practice. The work I have had done today was done so well and I am really pleased with the service that I received. Thank you to the Bupa Southport Team.
This surgery claims I had wasted their time with late appointments Or missed I have a problem they do not accept don’t bother with these people totally unprofessional to dismiss me with tooth problems beside coved 19 Where I go to dentist because of there misspractice ??? I actually lost 2 hours of time with them and they unbeliever said 10 hours ofwork Total rubbish to patient
