Hi I had to take a parcel back through Hermes as it normally cost me to take something back as they dont put returns label in anymore so I searched through Google and found this shop that could print your label off in the shop for free so the day I needed to take my parcel back my auntie offered to watch one of my daughters so I took my youngest with me it was pouring down with rain it took me a good 40 minutes to walk so when I got to the shop I couldn't get in as the door wouldn't open anymore so I asked the owner of the shop to help me as I had my daughter in the pram but his response was that prams was not allowed in his shop and I said that I needed to take my parcel back but he said to leave my pram out side but I couldn't as I had my daughter asleep in the pram and I just said I have walked 40 minutes in the rain just so I can send my parcel back but he then said leave your child in the pram outside so I said that is discriminating as I couldn't leave my child outside as I'm on my own and he just kept saying that it was not his problem so i ended having to get my daughter out of her pram that was asleep and leave my pram outside which isn't a cheap pram so having to try and juggle a baby and try and print a label of was not easy but I didn't even get to do that as he said I needed to leave as he had a delivery outside I feel customer service is absolutely shocking and I did not appreciate to be spoken the way I did so I just left I will not be returning to this shop anymore so now I I'm left still haven't taken my parcel back so probably miss the time frame as I dont have a printer and trying to find somewhere to print of my label and having my two children with my as it's not easy when your an single parent just trying to send a parcel back

What a fab little shop! I found myself here as an indirect result of lockdown, and I will certainly shop here again! Amazing value, especially for a convenience store. Great range of beers, wines, spirits, mixers and soft drinks. Tempting snacks as well as household staples, and some fresh fruit and veg. Very pleasant staff, and extremely helpful. Thank you
