We rented from a landlord who uses this company. They break about 5 of the landlord tenant laws such as charging more than 5 weeks rent as deposit, charging tenants to ckean the apartments when they left it spotless, not doing inspections on moving in or moving out with no checklist and charging the tenants for \ paperwork \ . Its quite telling looking at all these reviews that a number of the reviews are from people who work for the company or are the landlords who are breaking the laws. I would know your rights as a tenant if you are looking to rent through this company.

I have worked in this company for nearly 2 years now and I have loved being here. I really feel everyone in our sales team goes above and beyond to help tenants get into properties and we are always there to pick up the phone when buyers need help. I have watched my team help to push lots of sales through and assist with the solicitors as we are also very motivated. Having always worked in the public sector and having customer facing roll for 10 years I have really noticed the difference here with our outstanding customer service!!! We also have the best set of directors who look look after us with lots of social and charity events so all of our team are always happy!
