The staff was extremely helpful! Especially Todd, he helped me trade in my old car and got me an amazing new car!!! He even helped me clean out my old car, explained everything to me from the features to additional services that Glassman offers!!! He was just great and I appreciate him so much!!!

I don't know why someone mentioned do not trust service people, but I do trust them. They took good care of my 2010 SAAB 9-3, when I went to do the transmission fluid change. I had some concerns of some minor noises and they checked it for free and gave me advices then and there. And price (265) I think it is a reasonable price for the transmission fluid change for a SAAB. Service representative Cole Bowmen took care of everything. That is the most important thing in dealerships. The service and interactive people. Even I do almost all repairs by myself, I'd go to Glassman again if I needed anything to be done.

I wish I could give them a lower rating. I took my vehicle there for repairs and apparently they broke my molding around my driver seat and there was a scrap on my outside drivers door. I called service manager and Advisor and never received a call back or any communication for that manner. Seeking legal help as we speak!

Total crooks. Do not trust the service people. I brought my Saab 97x there because the engine was shutting down sometimes when I would hit a bump in the road. After purportedly diagnosing the problem they told me it would be around 4000 to fix it. I went elsewhere. It turned out to be a loose fuse which ended up costing me 75. Shady people.
