Very professional, v good 1st impression.
I have used SPM for the last 10 years. Every department who plays their part in the process has been professional. I have always felt in the loop and they have done their best to find the best tenants and to look after my property. I was 6.000 miles away and i didnt want any worries. There is some bad press with other agents, however i would recommend SPM to anybody.
I purchased a property in Farnham 13 years ago as a buy-to-let. As an overseas national, I needed to appoint a Management Agency to assist with maintaining the property as well as collecting Monthly Rental Income. I appointed Southern Properties who have turned out to be outstanding in the service they provide and I have not had 1 sleepless night about the state of the property. I have been working for Southern Properties now for 8 years would highly recommend the company to both landlords & potential tenants alike. There is a close liaison between the company & both parties which as a result means that work orders are issued promptly with a clear indication of work required along with key dates for completion.
