We purchased a WAV from Southern Mobility Vehicles a couple of months ago. We knew nothing about WAVs when we rocked up to take a look at a couple that had been selected based on the scant criteria we were abe to give. The guys were all really helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. They were also very accommodating when we had issues with the financing. If you are looking to buy a WAV, there is a good range of vehicles available and we would highly recommend Southern Mobility Vehicles based on the experience we had.

I bought a WAV from Southern Mobility two months ago and really appreciate how easy it was; it was also a really good price. They took my car in part exchange which was a load off my mind and delivered the van to my house, explaining all the functionality. I’ve been driving it for two months and love it - it’s been well looked after, drives well, and has all the functionality I need. I use it to cart my elderly mother‘s mobility scooter around, and I’m converting it into a weekend campervan. I will return to Southern Mobility for my next van.

This is most unusual for me, in fact it has never happened before today. The fact that today was indeed the first time I had seen the vehicle, and I was delighted with the product even with handover problems regarding the wheelchair entry and lockdown mechanism (new to us both and someone has to be the first). I don’t know how many of your clients make their initial purchase and spec out a car at a value of circa 45K to 50K without meeting the sales people and actually seeing the car at least once prior to placing the order? We went here today to look for a WAV with little knowledge of them. We were greeted outside on arrival, offered a drink and made to feel so welcome immediately. When my partner explained what we were looking for, they found us a perfect fit, without trying to up sell like so many motor companies tend to do. Staff were completely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly and made the whole experience relaxed and simple. Well worth the two hours travel time to get there and would not hesitate to use them again. Exceptional service from exceptional gentlemen!
