Signed contract paid in full start date suppose to be 11/1/2019. They didn’t show up till end of November during the holidays dug large holes all around my house and then left them there for over 2 weeks. No shows no calls. They finished work sometime in December. Never got a licensed contractor approval at the end of completion. 7 months later I’m having foundation issues again and of course website doesn’t work and the 3 phone numbers I have don’t work.

I hired Southern Foundation to repair my concrete foundation, I'm very pleased with outcome. My doors no longer stick. The crew was nice and easy to talk to. They did a good job with the clean up. I would refer them to my friends and family.
They did excellent work on my foundation repair. My doors are now working and locking which is a good thing. I really appreciate the timely matter that this company had on the repair and the work they preformed.
I would highly recommend this company, they did high quality work and very efficient. The workers were very polite and they cleaned up job site and even replanted all my plants. Thank you Southern Foundation for making my home nice again!!!
I'm very pleased with the work they did on my home. Its a older home that was falling in the earth.. , They came out leveled it with no problems. The crew was very nice and a pleasure to work with. I was recommended by one of my neighbors where they also did their foundation. So I thought I would do the same on here. Thank you Southern Foundation keep up the Good work...
