Southern comfort Air conditioning and heating, kept their schedule as promised. My appointment was between 9:00 to 9:30. The tech met me at 9:15. Then the tech took the time to explain. What part I needed and why I needed it. This Company, didn’t push on sales or unnecessary parts and labor. Witch in most cases, that’s all a company interested in. Instead I got professional advice, and expedited repairs. Right now I am on a home warranty. But, I will continue to use this company, and I recommend this company.
I wanted to have a good experience with Joshua since he was recommended by an acquaintance but I do not recommend using this company. I bought a new condenser and coil from them which he said included a one year labor warranty and when it quit working a couple weeks later he would not honor it. He said he would come check it out but never did and eventually did not return my calls. I had to call Eldridge out and they ended up replacing the compressor
Had a horrible experience with a previous contractor that involved my home warranty company, but I got southern comfort heating and ac out to my house and with in a week I had a brand new unit installed and is working great. Awesome service, very professional, highly recommend.
Big Thank you to Southern Comfort heating and Cooling for taking care of us today, as always! I don't need them often but yesterday our unit went out and I called Joshua after hours and he made sure that his guys came out and got us back going the next day! His staff was kind, professional and had us going in no time! Big thumbs up!
