This place has a great range of products but usually over priced. I have spent a lot of money in this shop setting up my aquarium. Recently I bought a group of mollies and one had died within an hour of being in my tank. All the other mollies were fine and still are. Asking for a replacement fish which was only worth a few quid was a big ask. The staff member was very rude and when he eventually got the replacement fish he just shoved it in my hands. This is not the first time the staff members have been rude. This was one of many. I think because of this I will take my custom elsewhere.
Great range of pet supplies but terrible rude staff. I waited 5 mins at the till whilst staff was on there phone. I asked about a certain product and when it was being restocked and just got a shoulder shug not impressed.
